What requires to obtain the passport?

50% discount was issued from the government in October 2017 until October 2018 and based on that to be qualified for the citizenship applicant must donate $100,000 (for family up 4 members) to the country or invest in property $400,000. Property Investment could be split between two applicants if they make joint investment and proceed together. Property must be held for at least 5 years where it could be sold after.

For a single applicant or family up to 4 members US$100,000 contribution (offer valid until October 2018).

  • Processing fees: US$ 25,000 ( for family up to 4)
  • Due diligence US$ 7,500 (each spouse)
  • Due diligence US$ 2,000 (each dependent 12-17)
  • Due diligence US$ 4,000 (each dependent above 18)
  • Passport fee US$ 300 (each)

Real Estate Option
For single applicant or family up to 4 members property investment US$ 400,000 or two applicants can make joint investment of $ 200,000 each (property should be held for 5 years)
