AGE: 21-40 years old
EDUCATION: Diploma, Bachelors / Masters Degrees, PHD
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: At least 12 months
IELTS: (Listening / Reading / Writing / Speaking):
- Express Entry minimum requires CLB 7 (L – 6.0; R – 6.0; W – 6.0; S – 6.0)
- Provincial Nominee Program acceptable with CLB 5 (L- 5.0; R – 4.0; W – 5.0; S – 5.0)
Are you married? Your spouse is educated and can take IELTS exam? Fifth criteria:
- ADAPTABILITY – blood relative / spouse skills based on Education Assessment and IELTS can give extra points to the primary applicant’s profile
People aged between 39 to 45 are able to apply for Provincial Nominee Program.
